As a member of the Engineering team, this individual uses their electrical engineering expertise to design, simulate and evaluate electrical circuit, PCB and component designs. They also have primary responsibility for documentation of requirements/procedures for their designs. 



  • B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • At least two year’s experience in electrical engineering
  • At least two year’s experience in analog circuit design and simulation
  • At least two year’s experience in power design and simulation
  • Foundational knowledge of signals and waveguides
  • Knowledge of thermal and power consumption management
  • Understanding of electrical manufacturing processes
  • Electrical design problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills
  • PCB layout, population and troubleshooting skills
  • Component selection skills
  • Hands-on skills, including soldering, for prototype assemblies
  • Ability to verify circuits using oscilloscope
  • Full competency in use of electrical engineering simulation software: pSpice, Multisim, LTspice, & ADS
  • Full competency in use of electrical engineering layout software: PADS, Express PCB, Ultiboard, Eagle & Allegro
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to achieve goals and meet deadlines for multiple projects in parallel
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Project team/collaboration skills
  • Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction

  • Comprehensively document production, assessment and maintenance requirements/procedures, including generation of:
  • Bills of Materials
  • Wiring Diagrams
  •  Production Schematics
  • Assembly Instructions
  • Wire Harness Layout
  • Enclosure layout w/ inter-board connectivity
  • Fulfill project goals and meet project deadlines
